Welcome to go baby go Baby Yoga
Baby yoga is a fantastic way to bond, relax and exercise with your baby. Enjoy a short massage sequence and explore movement and yoga stretches. It promotes relaxation and a sense of well-being through gentle physical stimulation, movement and song. It helps your baby to
- strengthen their muscles
- develop balance and improve co-ordination
- improve digestion
- sleep more soundly
and it's also great fun. You and your baby will love it!
Our courses are over 5 weeks for babies from 6 weeks to 6 months and also for babies from 6 to 12 months.
